Proud to be an IT Student
When I was young my
dream is to become a nurse. With this profession I can serve my fellow
countrymen. Honestly, to be an IT student is not my choice. It's my father who
told me to take this course because it is in demand in today's generation. I
followed my father's choice because I don't want to disappoint him. My 1st year
in College of Information Technology is not easy. I have to force myself to
like the course. The subjects are quite difficult but I have to exert effort so
that I will not fail the subjects. I started to feel comfortable with my course
when my friends encouraged me to pursue this because I will gain a lot of
knowledge.
I am proud to be an
IT student even though its difficult. When you are an IT student you
have to sacrifice a lot of things. You have to endure the hardship of the
subjects and work so many projects. You have to spend a lot of time in facing
your own personal computer or laptop and sleep late at night.
IT course changed my
life but I learned so many things. I learned the JAVA programming language, How
to manipulate a computer and learned the CISCO Networking. I know when I
graduate in CIT I will tell myself that I don't regret that i pursue this
course because I know all my sacrifices and difficulties in this course will
make me become a more productive and successful individual someday.
To my fellow IT
students:
We stand for the
COMPETENCE, INTEGRITY and TEAM WORK. Don't lose hope. Always remember GOD is
always there to guide, bless and give us trials in order for us to learn
something in what we had done.
